Dookie Dogs Terms

and Conditions:

 

1. Introduction

Welcome to Dookie Dogs! We provide professional dog waste removal services in Bowling Green, KY, and surrounding areas. By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. No-Contract Policy

Dookie Dogs operates on a no-contract basis.

However, we do require a one-week (7-day) notice for cancellations to allow proper scheduling adjustments.

3. Services Provided

Dookie Dogs offers residential dog waste removal at scheduled intervals. We may also provide one-time cleanups upon request.

3.1 Service Areas

We currently serve Bowling Green, Alvaton, Franklin, Auburn, and Rockfield, KY. Service availability is subject to change.

3.2 Cleaning & Disinfecting

  • We apply commercial kennel-grade disinfectant only to our tools and shoes prior and post service to prevent disease spread.

  • We use new trash bags at every location for waste disposal.

  • Customers are giving us permission to dispose of waste in their trash can or leave it next to the bin if full.

4. Right to Refuse or Postpone Service

Dookie Dogs reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or discontinue service for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Unsafe or hazardous conditions (e.g., non-stranger friendly dogs, excessive debris, unmaintained yard).

  • Repeated non-payment or late payments.

  • Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior toward our staff.

  • Dogs that are not stranger-friendly during our allotted service time. If we cannot safely complete the service due to a dog's behavior, the visit will be postponed and still be charged at the full rate.

  • Failure to provide adequate access to the service area.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Access & Locked Gates:

    • Customers must ensure Dookie Dogs has proper access to the service area (e.g., unlocked gates, pet containment).

    • If we cannot access the yard, the visit will still be charged.

    • We provide photo confirmation of locked gates after service. Dookie Dogs is not responsible for pre-existing broken gates or gate malfunctions.

  • Runaway Animals: Dookie Dogs is not liable for pets escaping at any time we are not servicing the yard or after a locked gate image has been provided.

  • Hazard-Free Environment: Yards must be free of excessive debris, overgrown grass, or aggressive animals that could prevent service.

  • Accurate Information: Customers must provide accurate contact details, address, and pet information when scheduling services.

6. Pricing & Payment

  • Recurring Services: Pricing depends on the number of dogs, size of yard, and frequency of service. Customers will receive an agreed-upon rate at signup.

  • One-Time Cleanups: Priced separately based on yard size and waste accumulation.

  • Payments: Payments are due per the agreed billing schedule. Late payments may result in service suspension. Service is paid and managed through Stripe Payment Portal

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Customers must provide at least 7 days' notice to cancel ongoing services.

  • Customers must notify Dookie Dogs at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule a service.

  • Dookie Dogs reserves the right to reschedule due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Non-Payment & Legal Action

  • If a customer fails to pay for services rendered and does not communicate with Dookie Dogs to resolve the issue, they may be held liable for collection efforts.

  • Customers who fail to make payment after repeated attempts at communication may be taken to small claims court to recover the owed balance.

  • Any legal fees, court costs, or collection agency fees incurred due to non-payment will be the responsibility of the customer.

9. Health & Safety Disclaimer

  • Dog waste can carry harmful bacteria and parasites. While Dookie Dogs provides thorough waste removal, we cannot guarantee complete elimination of health risks.

  • Customers assume responsibility for their yard’s sanitation between visits.

10. Liability

  • Dookie Dogs is not liable for damage to yards, grass, or landscaping due to the presence of pet waste before removal.

  • Dookie Dogs is not responsible for illness or injury resulting from unremoved pet waste before our scheduled visits.

  • Customers agree to release Dookie Dogs and its employees from any claims related to pet behavior, yard conditions, or unforeseen incidents during service.

11. Employee & Business Protection

To ensure the safety of our employees and the integrity of our business:

  • Dookie Dogs does not tolerate harassment, threats, or inappropriate conduct toward staff.

  • If an employee feels unsafe on a property for any reason, they may leave without completing service, and the visit will still be charged.

  • Any damages or injuries caused by a customer’s pet during a service visit are the responsibility of the pet owner.

12. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Customer information is only used for scheduling, service communication, and internal business operations. We do not share or sell customer information.

13. Agreement to Terms

By using Dookie Dogs services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
