1. Introduction
Dookie Dogs provides professional dog waste removal services in Bowling Green, KY, and surrounding areas. These terms govern your use of our services and website, DookieDogs.com.
By using our services, you agree to all terms, including those related to service operations, data collection, and privacy.
2. No-Contract Policy
Dookie Dogs operates on a no-contract basis.
You may pause or cancel services at any time; however, we require a 7-day (one week) notice before cancellation to allow for scheduling adjustments.
3. Services Provided
We offer recurring and one-time dog waste removal services for residential properties.
3.1 Service Areas
Currently serving Bowling Green, Alvaton, Franklin, Auburn, and Rockfield, KY.
Service availability may change due to capacity or weather conditions.
3.2 Cleaning & Disinfecting

All tools and shoes are disinfected before and after each visit with kennel-grade sanitizer.

A new trash bag is used at every location.

Customers grant permission for Dookie Dogs to dispose of collected waste in their outdoor trash bin (or next to it if full).
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:

Provide safe and open access to the yard (unlocked gates, contained pets).

Maintain a hazard-free environment (no excessive debris, overgrown grass, or unsafe conditions).

Keep billing information current and accurate.
If we cannot access the property during a scheduled visit, the full visit fee still applies.
We provide photo confirmation of locked gates after service.
Dookie Dogs is not responsible for pre-existing gate damage or pets escaping outside the service window.
5. Promotions & Minimum Service Commitment
Promotional pricing (e.g., “First Scoop Free”) is available to new customers only.
By redeeming any promotional offer, you agree to maintain a minimum of one (1) month of paid service.
If you cancel before completing one month of service, your first cleanup will be billed at the standard rate to cover time and disposal costs.
6. Right to Refuse or Postpone Service
We reserve the right to refuse, postpone, or discontinue service for reasons including but not limited to:

Unsafe or aggressive pets

Excessive yard debris or hazardous conditions

Inaccessible gates or locked yards

Repeated late payments or non-payment

Disrespectful conduct toward staff
If a dog’s behavior prevents safe completion, the visit will still be charged in full and rescheduled at our discretion.
7. Payment Policy
Payment is required according to the agreed billing schedule and processed via Stripe Payment Portal.
Late payments may result in service suspension.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations: 7-day notice required.

Reschedules: 48-hour notice required.

Dookie Dogs may reschedule due to unsafe conditions, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
9. Recording & Social Media
Dookie Dogs may occasionally record short videos or photos of yard cleanups for marketing or social media purposes.

No addresses, personal information, or identifying details are ever shown.

Recordings are focused solely on the service process and dogs (when applicable).

By using our services, you grant Dookie Dogs permission to capture and use such content for promotional purposes.

If you wish to opt out of recording, please notify us in writing prior to your next service.
10. Non-Payment & Legal Action
If a customer fails to pay for services rendered and does not respond to communication attempts, Dookie Dogs may pursue small claims action or third-party collection.
Customers are responsible for all legal and collection fees.
11. Liability & Safety Disclaimer

Dog waste can contain bacteria and parasites; while we remove waste thoroughly, we cannot guarantee complete elimination of health risks.

Customers are responsible for their yard’s condition between visits.

Dookie Dogs is not liable for lawn damage, pet illness, or incidents resulting from conditions outside our control.
12. Employee & Business Protection
Harassment, threats, or unsafe conditions toward staff will result in immediate service termination.
If an employee feels unsafe, they may leave the property and the visit will still be billed.
Pet-related injuries or damages during a visit are the pet owner’s responsibility.
13. Collection of Personal Information
Dookie Dogs may collect personal information necessary to provide services, including:
